Exciting News is that I've completed the public art piece Hands at Work for the new Headquarters for the League of NH Craftsment. It's a collaborative piece, and my part is a series of relief carved panels above the reception desk, each panel a detail view of hands working in different media.

The League's new address, 49 South Main Street in Concord, across from the Capital Center for the Arts. I'd encourage you to stop by and see it.

The Furniture Auction is over, and unhappily the bidding on the Ladies Dressing Table with Hummingbirds and Flowers didn't reach the reserve. However, there could be a silver lining, as it is still available, and I have addes a seat to complete the set.Check it out in the gallery section of my website.

For the holiday season I have made some seats just like the one that goes with the dressing table. They have hummingbird and flower carvings on them. Two are at the League of NH Craftsman shop in Concord, and one is at the Gallery at Frenchman's Bay in Ellsworth, ME.

You can also see my work at Lighthouse Oddities here in Portsmouth. They are having an open house today, Dec 3 and I'm planning to stop by.

The project for Rabbi Barry Krieger and Alice Passer on a set of two reading chairs with an oval coffee table is coming along nicely. The chairs will feature carvings of bluebirds for her and great blue herons for him, as it will go by a large glass wall overlooking Great Bay. They see these birds along the woods and shore. I will be sending work in progress photos in my Newsletter, so if you would like to follow along sign up using the Join Mailing List link above. I've been working on the carvings lately, and am planning to send out a newsletter with photos real soon.
